About the Firm

The mission of Beamer, Lauth, Steinley & Bond, LLP is to provide legal services of the highest quality in the field of trusts and estates, while maintaining a culture which places great value on our shared respect for our clients and for each other. Our firm was founded on January 1, 1997.

We are dedicated to providing highly individualized personal service to our clients. We offer to clients (individuals, professional and individual fiduciaries, and charitable organizations) a highly responsive, knowledgeable and experienced law practice in the area of trusts and estates. We provide clients with a depth of professional expertise and staff support commensurate with a large firm's trusts and estates practice, with less risk of conflicts of interest and with an ability to address clients' needs quickly and efficiently. Our practice includes estate planning, succession planning, probate and trust counsel, and representation of fiduciaries and beneficiaries in the resolution of disputes litigated before the Probate Court, including will and trust contests, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and related controversies. We also represent and advise charitable organizations and foundations. We offer expertise and experience in probate court matters, and the planning, execution and management of all types of sophisticated estate plans, including all varieties of marital trusts, generation-skipping trusts, irrevocable insurance trusts, qualified personal residence trusts and charitable remainder trusts. We plan for and prepare estate and gift tax returns and provide clients with some counsel relating to real estate matters. We have an extensive referral network with other attorneys to provide our clients with an economical and cohesive legal "team" when necessary.
